Victoria E. Bastani, age 65, passed away on July 23, 2014 at her home in Libertyville. Victoria was born in Cuernavaca Morelos Mexico, the daughter of Victoria Gonzales Soto and Rodolfo de la Llata.
A loving, wonderful mother and wife, Victoria also worked for the Waukegan School district for over 30 years being the district’s first liaison, translating for various departments. Her last position was working with Occupational and Physical Therapy Department aiding children with special needs.
Victoria is survived by her husband of 42 years, Hamid, her son Arman and daughter Mariam. She also leaves behind numerous loving family members and friends.
There will be a memorial held in her honor at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel 101 Park Pl, Libertyville, (Rt 176, 1 Block East of Milwaukee Ave) IL 60048 on Saturday August 2nd from 1:00 to 4:00 pm with the service at 2:30pm.
